Action jetrollerAn airless spray roller is faster than an internally fed power roller, because the spray is directed to just in front of the roller cover and spreads the paint on the wall saving having to back roll.  The roller cover finishes the job which is usually required for a rough surface.  It has a further advantage that it can spray inside corners alone, and other places that you cannot roll. A spray roller is especially effective for applying block filler when a 27 or 29 thou spray tip should be used.  The Graco JetRoller may be attached to a heavy duty extension pole or directly to an airless spraygun, usually an in-line model.

Most spray roller are designed to fit the American standard roller cover which has a 1.5" internal diameter, so European roller covers which are 1.75"ID will not fit.  We keep American roller covers in stock with various nap (pile)  lengths.  Check that your supplier has American roller covers in stock;  do not use a perforated cover as paint will accumulate inside it and start to drip from it.  Lion Industries keeps these non perforated American size cover in stock

This JetRoller head is fitted with a roller cover with a 1/2" nap, but the spray head and tip is not included.  It may be fitted with a plain swivel head and tip, or a Graco Cleanshot® swivel head and tip
