Graco Merkur 30:1 25ml air-assisted airless sprayer

The Merkur 30:1 is a medium size, compact air-assisted airless (AA) sprayer with an air motor, which avoids the fire risk when spraying solvent based materials.  It is the AA sprayer of choice for the joinery trade.  The maximum pressure is 3,000 psi, and with the air-assist capability, it is well suited to spray most coatings with a fine atomised and smooth spray.  The 25 ml pump displacement allows it to handle light to medium viscosity materials.  Maximum flow is 1.5 litres/min.  At 100 psi air, air consumption at 20 cycles/minute is around 6 scfm depending on the spray tip size.

It is supplied complete on a sturdy cart, with a 25' twin paint hose, G-40 air assisted airless spray gun and reversible fine finish spray tip.

It is also available with a 75 ml  displacement pump, and can be supplied with a hopper suction, and either for wall mounting.
