This is a machine that has been around for well over 20 years. It is tried and tested, and very reliable if you look after it, but the pump wear parts may need replacing frequently depending on the pressure used and the nature of the textured coating.
It will handle heavy textured materials, solvent or water based, up to 3 mm grain size, thanks to the very large valves and a long stroke piston. It has a special heavy duty air-assisted airless spray gun that requires up to 35 cfm delivered, in addition to about 10 cfm for the President air motor. To avoid surging of the material when the trigger is pulled, it has a pressure unloader system called Evenflo.
The standard version is made in carbon steel but stainless steel versions are available for water-based materials.
