The power of the airless pump that you need for different types of work, depends on the maximum spray tip (nozzle) size that you need to work with. The larger the spray tip, the more powerful the pump has to be at the same pressure. Most architectural coatings can be sprayed at less than 2,500 psi at the spraygun.
The equipment in this section will handle most decorating jobs, from small private houses, newbuild or refurb, to small commercial premises, applying all smooth decorative paints from stains and varnish, through gloss, primers, acrylics, vinyl emulsions to heavy masonry coatings. Each unit is supplied with 50' of quality airless hose, a hand spray gun fitted with a reversible spray tip. They will not spray structured coatings (which contain large particles) although we can supply equipment that will spray them.
Useful accessories include:
- Fine finish spray tips for gloss work
- Modular pole-gun system to carry a spray head, internally fed roller or spray roller
- Power Strainer to filter, mix and keep dust out of the paint
- Tape/film masking dispensers and spray shields
- Breathing masks
